Error creating instance code: Code: 1 Message: os error

Had this issue during the free trial (was never able to use it) and now trying with a license from a prop firm (FTT).

I'm trying to log into my Rithmic account in Motivewave (i'm able to log in and trade through a different platform).

I've seen other posts with this error however couldn't find any solutions.
