How to save a chart after a bar is removed

When I remove a bar from a chart, the bar re appears when I re load the chart. How do I save the chart that I removed the bar from or editted the price of the bar. I tried backing the chart up , but the bar is still there when I re load the chart. Thanks for any help.

The problem seems to have fixed itself. I am not doing anything different, but now the changes are being saved.
