studies in charts

First, i am fairly new to MW, have been using Thinkorswim for about 3 months but converting to IBKR and MW.

I am see how to add studies to charts. However, when I change a ticker on the same chart I then have to re add the studies, very annoying.

What I want is to basically set up so that anytime i open a chart, regardless of what ticker or what window, the studies will be on that chart if possible.

I dont use a lot, mainly VWAP, 9 and 60 SMA, RSI,

Any help would be appreciated

You may want to add all your studies to a chart and save that setup to a template. You can apply that template to different instruments.

Hi,

If you will always be using those studies on every chart, you can also set that template as a default for all your charts. This can be done via the Configure > Preferences > Chart > Templates menu:

One other quick question, now that I've had a little time to get familiar I think I want to basically start over again from the beginning on MW. Is there a way to "reset" or should I just erase the app and reinstall?
