What Are Those Number on Range Chart

Hi,

When I load a range chart, there is a blue bar with 2 price
values at last bar, wonder if there is a way to remove them?

Also, is there a study that simply draws a horizontal line that
tracks last close price ? (close price of the latest bar)
I couldn't find anywhere.
